A lot of shots were taken with my camera phone, but have never been seen before. This whole page is cell phone shots for your enjoyment. Like this one when Zoe was only 3 days old.

The official hospital scale that weighed Zoe when she was born. That read-out is correct. 10 pounds, 11 ounces. I showed that to Val right afterwards and she yelled out "You've got to be shitting me!" in disbelief. The nurses got a kick out of that.

She's a fan. All we did since day 1 in the hospital was watch the Weather Channel and Angels baseball.

Some of these are also from Val's cell phone, like this one: the bear was a gift from Zoe's godfather. The bear's name is Larry.

Umm... what's with the hat?

Zoe's first concert: the Spice Girls show at Staples Center. Sure, she was still in the womb at the time, but she was rocking out all the way through next day's ultrasound (that's why we didn't know Zoe was a girl until she was born). Besides, I like to remind myself I actually went to the show, kind of like how I like to remind myself I've actually seen the Rosetta Stone.

Somebody's sacked out.

Eating at the big kid's table.

"Oh my God! I'm surrounded by cuddly bears..."

"...and I get to EAT THEM!"

Shhhh. Sleepy baby.

"Hey. Whatcha doing?"
